Ghana international, Rahim Ayew has enjoyed Cup success after helping FC Bruno’s Magpies FC to lift the Gibraltar domestic Cup.
The experienced Ibrahim Rahim Ayew was in phenomenal form throughout the season as played a key role for his club.
In the final of the Cup competition for the 2022/2023 season, the defender and his teammates locked horns with Lincoln Red Imps.
After a 1-1 draw at full time, FC Bruno’s Magpies showed a lot of character in the penalty shootout.
The team excelled in the nervy shootout and secured a 5-4 win to be crowned champions.
This is the first time the club has lifted the Gibraltar Cup.
Following the cup success, Ghana’s Ibrahim Ayew has now won five trophies as a professional footballer.
He is set to play with F.C Bruno’s Magpies in the UEFA Conference League next season after placing third in the Gibraltar National League.
